Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga Game Official Artwork

Thanks to the Lego group and for MandR productions for bringing this to our attention we now have official artwork for the new Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga video game that should be coming out later this year.

The actual artwork itself is stunning with numerous characters from all nine films of the Star Wars saga set against a back drop of Hoth and Geonosis. What is most interesting about this artwork is that it potential reveals a couple new sets that we could be getting in the future but this must be taken as pure speculation as nothing is officially confirmed.

The artwork shows two AT-AT's which are based of the new 2020 design coming in the Lego Star Wars summer 2020 line of sets which look fantastic at this angle. In the top right hand corner we have a fully panelled Death Star, now does this mean we are getting a new UCS Death Star in the future with panelling potentially or it could be a nice rendered image for artwork purposes. On the other side of the artwork in the top left hand corner we have Padma's ship from Attack of the Clones. We have never gotten this ship in Lego form so fingers crossed this is a clue to what will be coming hopefully next year.

There are a couple of interesting minfigures as well including Rey with her yellow lightsaber from Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, what appears to be a new Han Solo Hoth style minifigure, a Chewbacca minifigure with a medal and a silver C-3P0 based on his appearance from Star Wars: Attack of the Clones.

Obviously this is just speculation but it will be interesting to see if anything comes of this.

The game itself id due to come out later this year, with a release date still to be announced and will be available to play on all good consoles.
