Lego DC CMF 71026 Superman Review

Today we take another look at Superman, one of the DC minfigures from the Lego DC Comics CMF line of sets.

The minifigure itself 5 pieces, a printed news paper tile and a display stand with action pose piece to allow to put the minifigure in different poses.

The CMF minfigure itself retailed for £3.50 over here in the UK, and if you are still searching for the minfigure the stand out features to feel for would be the tile piece and the cloth cape piece.

Overall the Superman minifigure is a great minifigure with some excellent detailing all over especially on the torso with different tones of blue colouring used to give depth to the minifugre. The minifugre does have some leg printing but doesn't contain any red boot prints that the character classically wears.

Superman does have some back printing but this is extremely limited compared to the front print, but it is covered by a nice red cloth cape piece which really completes the classic Superman look, and as it a fabric piece rather than the older style it allows you to pose the cape as well, which looks great if you are planning to display Superman flying.

Superman does also have an additional face print showing of a much more stern expression with those red laser eyes, which looks graeet but is a big contrast to the main facial print as well.

The Superman CMF minfigure also comes with a printed news paper tile piece which has the words "Daily Planet Caped Wonder Stuns City" printed onto it with an image of Superman catching and saving a plane in destress.

Verdcit:

Overall the Superman CMF is a good looking minifigure and really captures the likeliness of the character really well, and I particularly like the over look and style of the minfigure with his detailed torso design. All in all this is a worthy Superman minfigure for any DC Comics collection.
