Lego DC CMF 71026 Aquaman Review

Today we take a look at one of the new Lego DC CMF minifigures and today we have Aquaman to have a closer look at.

The minifigure itself comes with four pieces, with an addition fish piece accessory, display stand and an action pose display stand as well.

From first glance the minfigure looks fantastic and is up there with some of the best Aquaman minifigures we have received in Lego form.

Overall the Aquaman minifigure and looks fantastic and is without a doubt one of the most unique variants that we have gotten in Lego form.

The minifigure itself has an excellent torso design showing off a armoured shell shoulder print and a A on the minfigures belt. The torso does has printing with a green fish net design printed on some black Lego minifigure legs. What is most impressive is the claw hand piece which is moulded into the actual torso but is rotatable adding some extra play value as well. The minifigure does also contain a bright blonde hair piece which is the same piece from the Aquaman and Ocean Master set from last year.

Aquamans right harm also has this lovely silver armour print which covers his entire right arm and looks fantastic when you look at the minifigure as a whole.

Whilst the minfigure does have some back printing which look great, with an extension of the armoured shoulder pad continuing onto the back of the minifigure, but unfortunately the hair piece does cover up this back printing, but covered up printing is always better than no printing at all.

The minifigure does come with an accessory and whilst I would of preferred his trident, we do get a fish piece in a nice light green colouring, but I would of much preferred his trident but a fish feels appropriate considering the character.

Verdict:

Overall this is a good minifigure and is certainly unique in comparison to previous Lego Aquaman minifigures that we have gotten in the past. I personally love the claw addition, but would definitely prefer his trident compared to his fish accessory.
