For those of you in countries that are not able to purchase the newly released Lego House exclusive sets Lego has done us a favour and has released the instructions for set 40366 Lego House Dinosaurs.
Looking over the instructions there does not seem to be any unique or specialised pieces limited to this set, so you should be able to find the pieces in your own collection or easily find them on Bricklink.
There are three instructions in total, one for each of the Dinosaur builds, and they all can be found in the link below:
