Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar: Day 2

Today we are taking a look at the second day in the Lego Star Wars advent calendar. Day 1 consisted of a micro scale Republic Gunship build so it will be interesting to see if the prequel / Clone Wars theme continues or if it will be something new entirely.

Day 2:

Day 2 consists of the Lego Star Wars Clone Commander minifigure which is the exact same version that came with the Lego Star Wars UCS Republic Gunship and the Lego Star Wars Clone Trooper Command Station character pack that was released at the start of the year.

If you had previously purchased the UCS Republic Gunship or the character pack, then this might be a disappointing entry into the Lego Star Wars advent calendar, I myself didn't manage to get the UCS Gunship or the character pack so the advent calendar was a nice way to get the minifigure, but I can understand if this is a disappointing space taking up with a character we have gotten twice before.

Overall, the minifigure has great printing and accurate yellow markings with the more recent Clone Trooper skin tone underneath the helmet and if you're expanding your Clone army you can't go wrong with this minifigure.

What do you think of day 2? let us know in the comments below.
