With day 12 being Darth Vader themed, lets see if that trend continues with day 13 of the Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar.
Day 13:
Day 13 consists of a micro scale build of Darth Vader's castle but not just his castle, a sand castle version fitting in with the summer vacation themed version of Darth Vader that we received in day 12.
The build itself captures the overall design of the castle fairly well apart from maybe being a bit too wide compared to the in universe location and the minifigure scale Lego set that we got a couple of years back, but at this scale I can't see any other way of doing it.
The sand castle design looks great and is situated on a blue base to suggest water and comes with a bucket and shovel as well which is a nice addition.
Overall a nice looking build which fits perfectly in with summer vacation theme of the last couple of days.
