Lego Marvel Superheroes SDCC 77905 Taskmaster's Ambush Review

  Set Name: Taskmaster's Ambush Set Number: 77905 Pieces: 230 Price: $39.99 (Limited release) Minifigures: 3 - Black Widow, Red Guardian, Taskmaster  Just like the SDCC Nebulon B Frigate, SDCC Wonder Woman set and Star Wars Celebration Bespin Duel, Lego released a SDCC set for Lego Marvel Superheroes for limited release for the US due to the cancellation of SDCC in 2020 due to the pandemic. The overall set contains 2 exclusive minifigures including Black Widow and Red Guardian, a small off road jeep style build and a nice display terrain build.  Minifigures:  Black Widow:  The first exclusive minifigure in the set is Black Widow in her white stealth suit based on the new Black Widow film which is hoping to release in May 2021 after being delayed.   Set Number: 76205 Set Name: Gargantos Showdown Theme: Lego Marvel Superheroes Pieces: 264 pieces Price: £24.99 / $29.99 Minifigures: 3 - Doctor Strange, Wong, America Chavez  Release Date: 1st January 2022 This set was purchased at Jedlam Toys & Models. Today we are taking a look at our first set of 2022 with the Lego Marvel Superheroes 76205 Gargantos Showdown based on the Marvel Studios Doctor Strange: In the Multiverse of Madness. Currently this is the only set to be released based on the latest MCU film.  Minifigures:  Doctor Strange: Doctor Strange returns in the set with a completely new overall design featuring a brand new torso and leg print which closely matches the characters on screen appearance in the film (that we have seen so far from the teaser trailer).
