Thanks to Brick Clicker we now have some rumoured information regarding the upcoming Lego 2023 Modular Building set.
The set has set number 10312 attached to it and will consist of 2899 pieces retailing for a rumoured 229.99 Euros / $229.99 / £199.99.
The building itself will be a Pizzeria & Jazz club with the Pizzeria being on the bottom floor and the Jazz club being on the second floor.
The building is said to be in a red colour scheme and has a brick built jazz sign.
Just like this year there is also rumoured to be a GWP with set number 40586 attached and is rumoured to be a Pizza delivery truck.
Obviously this must be taken as rumours until officially confirmed by The Lego Group themselves.
