Lego BrickLink Designer Program Round 2 Sets Official Images

Thanks to The Lego Building Instructions app we now have official set images of the Lego BrickLink Designer Program round 2 sets. 

These five sets were the first to reach the 3000 minimum number of pre-order that took place last November. 

According to The Brick Fan the release date is set for 2022 so hopefully we will start seeing despatch confirmation email soon for those lucky enough to pre-order the sets. 

The five sets that were successful are:

- 910009 Modular Lego Store - 2149 pieces - $179.99

- 910013 Retro Bowling Alley - 2779 pieces - $229.99

- 910015 Clockwork Aquarium - 874 pieces - $64.99

New CMF Packaging Revealed

Thanks to Brickset we now have our first look at the new CMF packaging design.

The Lego Group has announced its intention to develop fully recyclable packaging for its products by 2025 and alongside the inclusion of paper bags being included in sets, the packaging for the collectable minifigure series will also be changing to meet this goal. 

Instead of the minifigures being in the foil bags the collectable minifigures series will now be in cardboard boxes. Whilst the foil bags allowed you to feel for what minifigure you were missing from your collection the inclusion of cardboard boxes will put an end to this.

The cardboard box design is scheduled to be introduced in September 2023 so will not affect the upcoming releasing of series 23.

Lego CMF Series 23 Images

Revealed at Lego Con 2022 and thanks to Promobricks we now have images of the Lego CMF Series 23.

Series 23 will be releasing on the 1st September 2022 and will retail for 3.99 Euros / $4.99 / £ TBC.

Two New Lego Star Wars Sets Official Images

 

Thanks to The Brick Fan we now have official images of two new Lego Star Wars summer 2022 sets.

The sets will be releasing on the 1st August 2022 alongside the rest of the sets that have already been revealed. 

Here is the list of the remaining sets:

Lego 10305 Lion Knights Castle Official Images

The Lego Group have officially revealed the new Lego 10305 Lion Knights Castle to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of The Lego Group and thanks to The Brick Fan we now have official images of the set. 

The set itself consists of 4515 pieces and will retail for 399.99 Euros / $399.99 / £349.99.

The set will be available to purchase on the 3rd August 2022.

Lego Marvel 76218 Sanctum Sanctorum Official Images

The Lego Group have officially revealed at Lego Con 2022 the brand new Lego Marvel 76218 Sanctum Sanctorum set and thanks to The Brick Fan we now have official images of the set itself. 

The set consists of 2708 pieces and will retail for 249.99 Euros / $249.99 / £214.99.

The set will be available to purchase from the 1st August 2022.
