Today we are taking a look at day 3 of the Lego Star Wars advent calendar for 2022. The last two days we have received two Clone Wars / prequel themed items so it will be interesting to see if we stay with that theme or move onto other characters / movies within the Star Wars universe.
Day 3:
Day 3 consists of a micro scale Droid Tri-Fighter build. The Droid Tri-Fighter has appeared in three different variations as a regular minifigure scale sets but never before as a micro build. This micro build manages to perfectly capture the overall look and design of the in-universe vehicle and is instantly recognisable as a Droid Tri-Fighter.
Whilst the design is recognisable the micro scale build misses out on the red eyes associated with the in-universe vehicle which is understandable of a build of this scale, and it is a shame that the red Techinc piece sticks out at the back, but overall, a fantastic looking micro scale build.
