Rumoured Retiring Lego Star Wars sets in 2021

 







Thanks to Promobricks we now have an up to date rumoured list of Lego Star Wars sets that are due to retire at the end of the year. 

Obviously this is still a rumoured list and some sets may continue to be available to purchase after 2021 if Lego decide to keep producing them or even more sets added to the list in the coming months.

Lego Marvel Superheroes SDCC 77905 Taskmaster's Ambush Review

  Set Name: Taskmaster's Ambush Set Number: 77905 Pieces: 230 Price: $39.99 (Limited release) Minifigures: 3 - Black Widow, Red Guardian, Taskmaster  Just like the SDCC Nebulon B Frigate, SDCC Wonder Woman set and Star Wars Celebration Bespin Duel, Lego released a SDCC set for Lego Marvel Superheroes for limited release for the US due to the cancellation of SDCC in 2020 due to the pandemic. The overall set contains 2 exclusive minifigures including Black Widow and Red Guardian, a small off road jeep style build and a nice display terrain build.  Minifigures:  Black Widow:  The first exclusive minifigure in the set is Black Widow in her white stealth suit based on the new Black Widow film which is hoping to release in May 2021 after being delayed. The set itself was meant to be released as an exclusive set from Star Wars Celebration but due to the cancellation of the event due to the global pandemic Lego decided to release this set as an exclusive set in the US and Canada retailing at $39.99. Even though the set has a relative fair price in the US and Canada the second hand market has sky rocketed as Lego fans from all over the world try to get the hands on the set with prices now in the range of £120 + and rising.  Minifigures:  Luke Skywalker:  The first minifigure is Luke Skywalker in his Star Wars Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back outfit.
